Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Talent At ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental consent.

2. Description of Service

Talent At provides the following tools:

  • CV building and editing with AI-powered improvements
  • LinkedIn profile analysis and optimization for job market fit
  • Job search from multiple sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Bayt, etc.)
  • Smart Team for automated job applications with your explicit consent
  • Application status tracking and incoming reply monitoring
  • Analytics and reports on your job market performance

3. Your Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your credentials
  • All information you provide (name, experience, education) must be true and accurate
  • Impersonating any other person or submitting fabricated information is strictly prohibited
  • You are responsible for reviewing job applications before sending (Real Run) or after sending
  • One user per account. Sharing or selling accounts is prohibited

4. Automated Job Applications

When you use the Smart Team feature, the Platform sends job applications on your behalf to company email addresses. You acknowledge and agree:

  • You explicitly authorize each run (no automated sending without your consent)
  • Applications are sent from your Gmail account (not from Talent At) to preserve credibility
  • Some emails may be guessed (e.g., careers@company.com) — some may bounce
  • We enforce a default daily limit to prevent your account being flagged as Spam (configurable)
  • You bear full responsibility for the content of CVs and cover letters sent
  • We provide tools only — we do not guarantee replies or job offers

5. AI Use & Limitations

We use AI models (like GPT-4) to improve CVs, write cover letters, and analyze profiles. Note:

  • AI outputs are suggestions, not substitutes for human judgment
  • Review all AI-generated content before relying on it
  • AI may occasionally err — we do not guarantee absolute accuracy

6. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use the Platform for any of the following:

  • Sending illegal, abusive, or harassing content
  • Impersonating any company or person
  • Sending bulk spam (above the allowed daily limit)
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Scraping or using bots to extract Platform data
  • Reselling the Service or providing access to third parties without permission

⚠️ Violation of these terms results in immediate account suspension, data deletion, and may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your data and personal content (CV, experience, photos) belong to you — we only retain a license to use it for serving you
  • The Talent At platform, logo, design, and code are our property — copying or reuse is prohibited
  • Templates and designs (CV templates) are for your personal use only, not for resale

8. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription (explicitly disclosed before payment)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds available within 14 days of subscription if the service was not used
  • All prices include applicable VAT in your country

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion:

  • All sending and reading operations stop immediately
  • Account data is deleted within 30 days (security logs retained for 90 days for legal protection)
  • All OAuth tokens (Google, LinkedIn) are revoked immediately
  • Account cannot be recovered after deletion — confirm before proceeding

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for the highest quality and security but do not guarantee:

  • Job offers or replies from companies
  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Complete accuracy of all AI outputs
  • Delivery of every sent email (company mail providers may block them)

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved via arbitration in Riyadh.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via your email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the update means acceptance.
